Week 19 – The Print
Info
Today something really simple. No fancy lighting, no planing. Just a spontaneous shot next to my print. Some of you could say that this isn’t much creative, but I was looking forward taking a pic with my print for a while now, just couldn’t resist.
Tech
I used on-camera flash. SB-24 at 1/4th power, widest setting. I bounced it of the wall camera left and the ceiling. The smudges you can see over the print are reflections from the opposite wall. Print was made on Kodak Royal paper.
News
Recently there have been many concerns regarding privacy on Facebook. I can assure you that my application (so the website itself) is not storing or exposing any private information. The graph API is working, but only from your side.
Clicking “Like” will show up on your wall and stream, however, I’m not checking who has clicked it. Actually I’ve been wondering how to check it, and it’s not hard to do. But I decided I will not implement this option on my website. I think it’s just more fair to all of you.
Facebook is a great connecting tool, let’s keep it that way.
